We got a list of items to be on the look out for before winter comes. They were super professional and kind. I submitted an online request with Reliant Plumbing about a sulfur smell in our laundry room and bathroom. I was contacted right away and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician who helped us, Dallas, was professional, thorough and worked quickly. We were given a comprehensive set of estimates for different options. We had to call out the progressional during some DIY home reno, and Reliant Plumbing was understanding and helpful in getting something scheduled quickly, and offered after hours and weekends if needed. Called on Reliant Plumbing Austin for several water leaks. Jason Heck was beyond exceptional in getting the leaks repaired. They were no easy tasks as the PEX water line leaks were in the walls and attic. Jason was very knowledgeable and his professionalism convinced me I had made the right call. I called Reliant a couple weeks ago about an issue with my kitchen faucet. They got Dallas out there the same day, which was awesome. Dustin and Asa were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me diagnose a mysterious jump in my water bill. Most plumbers would have stopped with "It's the sprinkler system." Dustin and Asa weren't satisfied and actually figured out which zone, which part of the yard and exactly how many gallons were being lost with each cycle. Calculators were involved. I am the most satisfied I've ever been with a plumber experience.
