Policies
Service Fee Policy:
In celebration of our 10 year anniversary, we are waiving our normal residential service fee and offering free estimates to residential customers.
Commercial customers will be charged a service fee with their initial appointment to cover administrative expenses and any other expenses associated with the service appointment. This service fee will be waived upon the completion of any work.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients who cancel their job will be levied a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative expenses, restocking fees, and any other incurred expenses associated with the cancellation process. If a down payment was made, we will deduct 15% and the service fee before issuing a refund. Clients are free to cancel at any point, provided work has not already commenced. By engaging our services, clients agree to adhere to this policy.
