Reliant Plumbing is deemed an Essential Business and is open to serve the Austin community. We are open normal business hours, 24/7 every day of the week.
We are taking many precautions to ensure the safety of our team, our clients and their families:
- Our plumbers are screened daily for symptoms, including temperature checks
- We are following all CDC guidelines which include regularly washing hands for 20 seconds, especially prior to each appointment and after each appointment
- Plumbers wear a new mask , new set of gloves, and new set of boot covers to every appointment. Once the job is completed, we properly dispose of them.
- We are cleaning our equipment after each use in a home.
- We will be keeping a 6-foot distance from the customers or family members in the home.
- We offer our customers the ability to view and sign estimates via a link emailed to them.
Here at Reliant Plumbing, we are working around the clock to make sure we do everything we can to keep COVID-19 from rising in our community. We will continue to do more as resources becomes available.
